There is a 24-hour reception. Porter and valet service is available on site from 7:00 until 23:45 during the week days and from 7:45. until 23:00 during week-ends.

Public underground parking is available in front of the hotel.

The only access is from the Square Wilson, then follow signs indicating 'Parking du Capitole' and you will be just in front of the entrance of the hotel. The cost per day is EUR 26. Maximum height : 1.80 m.

Most room are accessible by lift. Some rooms can only be reached via stairs.
